Abbaye De Saint-Ferme “Les Vignes Du Soir”, Bordeaux, France

Submitted by • October 2, 2012

Have you ever wondered where a wine gets its name from. Abbaye de Saint-Ferme Les Vignes du Soir. It literally means vines of the evening. Referring to those vines planted farthest from the abbey and receiving the last sun of the day.

At The Ferocious Grape, we’re going to be pouring this long before the last sun of the day. Enough time for you to take a few bottles home, grab your darlin’
and do a little two stepping of your own.
